Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Density tolerance variations

  • Slight lace tone differences

  • Minimal natural shedding

These are normal characteristics and do not qualify as defects.

We make every effort to display product images accurately; however, color may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders include (but are not limited to):

  • Customized length

  • Customized density

  • Lace type selection

  • Cap size adjustment

  • Hairline customization

  • Color modifications

All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Refuse suspicious or high-risk transactions

Payment must be authorized before order processing.
